Product Exchange
Since products listed on AREA 02 platform belong to different sellers, we are not able to provide this service.
Return Request

1. Other than the 7-days cooling-off period granted by Consumer Protection Act, consumers can only request product return when the following conditions are met.

(1)Product arrived damaged

(2)Incorrect product (e.g. size, color,)

(3)Defective product

(4)Evident difference between product received and product described on AREA 02 website.

Note: every product is authenticated strictly by AREA 02 professionals before shipping. Photos of each product are taken for our record before shipping as well.

 

2. According to clause 19 of Consumer Protection Act, sellers who meet the definition of a business operator need to allow a 7-day-cooling-off period to all consumers besides the above mentioned conditions. The 7-day-cooling-off period is for product appreciation only, not for trial. 


3. Every product will be buckled with AREA 02 exclusive tag before shipping. Once unbuckled, your return request will not be accepted. 

Note: Returned products cannot be used and must be returned in its original condition of the time when it’s delivered. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if an item is worn (e.g. stains on shoes or shoe soles), washed, tampered, or its tag and packaging removed or damaged. Please also be aware that product boxes, packaging and AREA 02 certificate are considered parts of the product. Any part missing, damaged or lost will affect your right to request refund. *Please refer to Clause 6 of Terms and Conditions.

Return Process

Please email your return request to cs@area02.com or contact us at 02-2706-9977 to initiate the process:

1. Email your questions or concerns or call us to request product return and get approval.  

2. Please provide us with your name, cell phone number, address and the date that you'll be available to pass the product to the courier. No shipping fee will be charged. We will send a courier to pick up the product from you. Please place all the products, including its accessories, AREA 02 tags and certificate, in its original packaging bag or box and then give it to the courier.

3. A refund will be issued to your credit card after AREA 02 has received the product and confirmed the condition of the product. If the payment method to your order was ATM Transfer or Convenient store payment, buyers should email and provide us bank account info after receiving order cancellation notice so refunds can be issued to the account provided. 

 

Refund Processing time

After AREA 02 has received and confirmed the condition of the product, a Refund will be issued  in around 5 business days.

Note: Refund deposited time will differ according to the bank of your credit card. For the exact deposited time or date, please contact your bank.
